NOME, Alaska - Coast Guard sponsored musher, Ken Anderson, finishes the 2011 Iditarod in 9th place at 12:23 a.m. after just beating Jessie Royer in a photo finish race down the streets of Nome March 16, 2011. Anderson moved up two places in the final hours of the race, passing DeeDee Jonrowe and just beating Jessie Royer by the length of a dog's nose at the finish line. NOME, Alaska - Coast Guard sponsored musher, Ken Anderson, finishes the 2011 Iditarod in 9th place at 12:23 a.m. after just beating Jessie Royer in a photo finish race down the streets of Nome March 16, 2011.

Anderson moved up two places in the final hours of the race, passing DeeDee Jonrowe and just beating Jessie Royer by the length of a dog's nose at the finish line.
