JUNEAU, Alaska - Rear Adm. Thomas Ostebo, seventeenth District commander, Capt. Melissa Bert, former Sector Juneau commander and Capt. Scott Bornemann, Sector Juneau commander, all speak to the audience at the Sector Juneau change of command ceremony July 1, 2011.

Bornemann officially relieved Bert as Sector Juneau commander and as Captain of the port for Southeast Alaska.
