Canadian Joint Task Force North Commander tours Coast Guard Station Juneau |

JUNEAU, Alaska – Chief Ryan Omeara, officer in charge of Coast Guard Station Juneau, shows Gen. David Millar, Canadian Joint Task Force North Commander, all the equipment used when getting underway in Alaskan waters Jan. 14, 2010. Millar was visiting the station getting to know the command and later took a boat ride to become more familiar with the stations area of responsibility. JUNEAU, Alaska – Chief Ryan Omeara shows Gen. David Millar, Canadian Joint Task Force North Commander, Rear Adm. Christopher C. Colvin, Coast Guard 17th District Commander and Jennifer Loten, Canadian Consulate General, cold weather gear used by Coast Guard Station Juneau’s crew.
