JUNEAU, Alaska - The on scene incident commanders, U.S. Coast Guard Capt. Ron Morris,
State Incident Commander Bob Mattson, and Responsible Party Representative Howard
Hile, scheduled a tentative telephone press briefing for 2 p.m. AST Thursday to discuss the
transition to the Winter Operations Plan.

Media interested in participating in the press conference should call 907-463-2929 shortly before the briefing is scheduled to begin.
