KODIAK, Alaska - A crewman and his dog from the fishing vessel Adriana walk from the Coast Guard rescue helicopter to the ambulance after being medevaced from Cape Trinity at the south end of Kodiak Island Feb. 9, 2005. The Adriana, a long-liner based in Kodiak, lost propulsion and drifted into the rocks at Cape Trinity forcing the four crewmen to abandon ship into the icy waters. The Coast Guard rescued all four and delivered them in good condition to awaiting emergency medical personnel at the commercial airport in Kodiak for further transport to Providence Kodiak Island Medical Center.
