JUNEAU, Alaska - The cutter Storis tows the stricken Seattle-based fishing processor Independence in the Gulf of Alaska today after the 360-foot ship's steering failed Monday, prompting Storis and its crew and other rescuers to assist the ship and its 204 crewmembers.
