Coast Guard to release Galaxy investigation report today ANCHORAGE, Alaska - The Coast Guard will release the investigation report on the explosion, fire and sinking of the fish processing vessel Galaxy to members of the Anchorage media today at 1:30 p.m. at the Coast Guard's Marine Safety Office (MSO) here. The MSO is located at 510 L Street, Suite 100 in Peterson Tower. Three weeks of formal public hearings involving 38 witnesses occurred in Seattle in December 2002 and January 2003 following the incident. Media members interested in attending the media brief should contact Coast Guard Public Affairs at (907) 271-2660.
