KODIAK, Alaska - Coast Guard Petty Officer 3rd Class Stacy K. Moore, a Jayhawk helicopter maintenance department member, Petty Officer 3rd Class Philip J. Dow and Petty Officer 3rd Class Micah J. Devries, C-130 aircraft maintenance department members at the air station here, received their basic aircrew wings at a ceremony this morning.
