KODIAK, Alaska- Coast Guard Petty Officer 3rd Class Micah J. Devries, a C-130 maintenance department member at the air station here, is one of three Coast Guard members who received their basic aircrew wings, pinned on by Master Chief William B. Beardsley, one of the Enlisted Ancient Albatross’ and the 17th Coast Guard District West Command Master chief . The honor of being an Enlisted Ancient Albatross is given to an aircrew member on active duty with the earliest graduation date from an aviation technical school.
