Photo Release: North Pacific Regional Fisheries Traning Center holds change of command in Kodiak

Under Dorval's command, the NPRFTC has trained more than 1,800 cutter and air station students in 52 separate sessions allowing operational units to amass 21 significant violations and over 1,000 federal fisheries boardings.

During Sullivan's last tour, he earned his master's degree in marine affairs from the University of Rhode Island.
