America's Waterway Watch Coast Guard releases radio public service announcement JUNEAU, Alaska - The Coast Guard today released a 60 second radio public service (PSA)announcement for use by radio stations. No fee or permission is necessary for broadcast outlets to use the PSA. Broadcast outlet programmers are also encouraged to add appropriate ambient sound or music to the PSA if desired.
