ANCHORAGE, Alaska - The Coast Guard Seventeenth District external affairs office is pleased to announce the release of the Winter 2010 edition of its quarterly online publication, the Alaska Bear.

The Alaska Bear is an internal publication that contains a myriad of news and information regarding the Coast Guard in Alaska.
